You can remain anonymous

PrevenTell callers can remain anonymous if you wish. We who work in health care must, however, document all conversations by law, but the documentation does not identify you personally.

The call is free and it does not appear on your phone bill that you have made to us. We can not see the phone number you are calling. If we do not answer, leave a message on the answering machine and we will call back within 24 hours to the number you indicate.

You can also send a question to to get general answers about unwanted sexuality. We can not give you personal answers or make personal assessments via email.
